Fresh News: In a speech at the San Beda College of Law's annual alumni homecoming on Friday, November 24, President Rodrigo Duterte cautioned that he will arrest Jose Maria Sison, his former professor and now the organizer of Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) on the off chance that the latter returns to the Philippines.

This announcement of Pres. Duterte comes two days thereafter he marked Proclamation 360, formally ending the administration's tranquility transactions with the National Democratic Front-Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army (NDF-CPP-NPA), ending the peace talks, and labeled the communist rebels as "terrorist".

Joma Sison then fired back and said that President Duterte is the No. 1 terrorist in the country.

Now, the President said, "If Joma Sison comes here, I will arrest him, or if I were him, 'wag na siyang bumalik dito"

He also said that he will not enable Sison, who has lived in Netherlands since 1987, to enter the country even in the latter's time of death and needs to be buried in his native land.

"Better still, I will not allow him to enter his native land, and that is a very painful experience especially if you're dying and you think that you should be buried in your own cemetery, in your own town," he added.

President Duterte also said that he would asked the arrest of all members of legal fronts that are helping the leftist and not just the armed communist rebels.

In his speech before his fellow San Beda alumni , he said that he will not charge them for insubordination but will mark them culprits and plain criminals.

"You are terrorists or criminals. I will treat you and I will not charge you for rebellion because I am saying to you now, I will brand you as terrorists, plain criminal." Pres. Duterte exclaimed.

He also said that he already allowed them too much, in fact, discharged some of them and opened a conversation with them. But he needed to end the talks now and charge them for their committed crimes.

"I released about 32 of them, political leaders, ideological leaders. I released them to show good faith and the confidence building period which is really very necessary in talking to them and to the enemies of the state," PRRD said.

"So now, I will come up with another. That was a proclamation ending the talks. Now, how I would deal with them is something like this. I will treat them as terrorists. And I will charge them for the crimes that they actually committed", the President added.

Meanwhile, prior last Friday, PRRD already approached National Democratic Front (NDF) consultants who were conceded impermanent freedom to join peace arrangements, to "surrender".
