Protesters earlier guaranteed that 20 of them were harmed in ASEAN dissents. Police additionally checked no less than 20 harmed from their positions.

However, the two sides blamed and accused each other for lying in their counts.

Meanwhile, General Bato Dela Rosa gave his message to the rallyists and said that the protesters were the first ones who hurt the police and they were the initial ones to end up plainly brutal so the police were left with no choice.

"Sinadya 'nyo 'yan. Kayo naman ang unang nanakit. Kayo naman ang unang naging marahas, so wala kaming magagawa," the top cop said..

General Bato even requested and asked the protesters to be calm, on the off chance that they are truly focused on their movement, they have to rally peacefully.

"Pakiusap ko sa mga raliyista, sana maging mahinahon lang tayo. If you are really committed diyan sa activity ninyo na, mag-rally sana, mag-rally lang kayo na peaceful," the PNP chief said.

He even warned the protesters to watch their limits ordered by authorities and try not to constrain it.

"Obserbahan 'nyo kung hanggang saan lang kayo puwedeng papayagan ng mga awtoridad. 'Wag na kayong magpupumilit," General Bato added.
